About John Pate

 

John was born in Lennox Hill New York in the late 1970's.

As owner opperator of Pate Developement john participated in permitting, designing, location discovery, qualifying contractors and vendors, oversseing schedule and timeline.  John has previous experience in high end decorative plasters, marble sculpture , anatomical teachings, has attended foundry school and has been taught at the American Fine Arts Academy on 57th street in Manhattan. Mr pate has a full understanding of mold making and manufacturing techniques and delivers practical designs which include cost bennefits for standarized manufacturing techniques used globally.  This empowers fast integration to mainstream manufacturers product lines and manufacturing facilities.

 

Mr Pate has spent years in the commercial construction housing industry also acquiring his state real estate sales associates lisence where he interacted with mortgage brokers, source lenders, title search vendors. He also engaged in comprable market annalysis, contract negotiating and other functions to satisfy clients needs on a day to day basis.

 

John was serious about health and fitness and participated in sports daily for decades until he was struck with serious spinal trauma, knee trauma, hip trauma, and now foot and ancle trauma which ended his triathlon life and his bodybuilding system, ususlly exercising between 2 to 6 hours per day 5 to 6 days a week and intaking between 4 to 8 thousand calories per day while maintaining less than 4 percent bodyfat.  Since then Mr Pate has shown contemporary art in many cities around the world.  He has sold hundreds of works and has won art compititions in NYC.

 

John Pate is the founder and lead innovator at ELECTROLIPS LLC, a Berkeley-based company pioneering custom power generation systems, UV sterilization technology, and retrofit power solutions for vehicles, structures, and aerospace applications.

 

An electronics engineer from need to understand his own devices workings, with a fascination for piezoelectric materials, noble elements, and fluidic circuitry, John’s work explores the frontiers of multi-phase coil generators, nano-piezo agitation energy systems, and modular wind-powered generators designed for vehicles, cities, and utilizes andvanced magnetic applications in his designs. ELECTROLIPS projects emphasize sustainability, self-sufficiency, and the repurposing of motion and environment into power.

 

John’s background is both technical and creative. He was formerly a supernumerary performer with the Palm Beach Opera Company, participating in multiple productions. He has participated in community theater. As a visual artist, he previously ran JohnPateArt.com, exhibiting his work in prestigious shows and community shows across the U.S. and Europe in cities such as:

He also founded Pate Development LLC, a company focused on new construction in south florida, and has a history of volunteer work in support of charitable organizations geared at helping teens and adults stricken with mental dissabilities and drug addiction in South Florida. With a multidisciplinary foundation and a constant drive to innovate, John brings a unique vision to the future of clean power and intelligent infrastructure.

 

Mr Pate is also championing for relocation of sea life and fragile ecosystems to inland abandoned quarries where these marine life forms can survive our chemichal overloads and remain in clean environments. Mr pate was falsely arrested by tequesta police on evening. A member of the colombo crime family refused to leave his property for over 3 hours. An ambulance was called the ambulance  saying their was an issue and needed to go to tthe hospital for help. Mr Pate explained to the EMS he was fine and needed the member ofthe Colombo crime family off his property. The member of the colombo crime family tried convincing EMS to put me in his car with their help so he could take me to some unknown destination. ems told Colombo family member " no" .[This is all on record]  Officer lally of the Tequesta Police arrived later he would not remove robert pate of the colombo crime family from my property either, then he drove off breaking protocol and leaving assailant on Mr Pates property in tequesta. Then assailent grabbed me and started pushing me and yelling for help to officer lally as he was driving off.

Why the police in Tequesta Florida left the member of the colombo crime family with mafia related arrests on my property after a domestic call and  told him to vacate the premise in front of the Police was completely illegal and against protocol.
The Police would not remove the member of the colombo crime family and member of another group with political corruption ties from their membership at Mar a Lago on Palm Beach Island. Mr Pate was then arrested on his property illegally by the Tequesta Florida Police Department and associates of the Colombo Family. This lawsuit for conspiracy with the mafia and occult against the Village of Tequesta Florida and teh Tequesta Police is one of the cases that was shut down while the feds were holding Mr.Pate hostage in europe after a jihadist attack against him while he was in paris france in search of an attorney. The jihad attack which occurred on feb 22 2022 was ignored by american authorities and leads to a group of racist and bigit female government agents and employees that held Mr. Pate hostage in Bruxells for over 4 months then refused to investigate .

2018 Mr Pate arrived at the state attorneys office in Florida to report these crimes and was dismissed and pushed out of the reception area by another female state employee and committed more crimes upon me covering up these crimes after a flight was booked and other communications made which informed these federal agents of my plans.  The woman behind the counter whom mr Pate never met eyed him from across the room came around the counter and told mr pate he could not report any of the crimes to the state attorneys office.  It was very illegal what this woman biggot did and very obvious tehy were informed i was arriving to report these previous crimes .

 

1999 This is one of the first crimes mr Pates family comitted on him after his 18th birthday when he was an adult.
